Sakomizu Cardinal (サコミズ・カージナル) is a Windbloom citizen and captain of the royal guard in the Mai-Otome series. Like Aoi Sennou, he has a hard time tendering Mashiro around her selfishness. Despite his current fat appearance, he used to be slimmer in the past. When Windbloom surrendered due to Schwartz's ambush, he managed to rendezvous with the resistance and managed to reclaim back the kingdom.
